SCOPEを初めてご利用頂く際は利用申請書をダウンロードの上、所定事項をご記入して　SCOPE事務局へご提出ください。
When using the SCOPE system for the first time, please download the registration form,　fill out the required
items and submit it to SCOPE secretariat.
首次使用SCOPE之前, 请先下载申请表并填写必填项, 然后将其提交给SCOPE办公室。

パスワードを忘れた/期限切れ/変更の必要がある場合は、認証画面に表示されている「Forgot Password?」をクリックしてください。
If you have forgotten / expired / change your password, please click "Forgot Password?" displayed on　the
authentication screen.
如果密码过期、忘记密码或者需要更改密码, 请单击一个身份验证屏幕上显示的“Forgot Password？”
